Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to keep you informed.

Important: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We are proud to offer a range of reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Ideal for non-urgent orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx Express, or USPS Priority Mail.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Delivered via UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Overnight, or similar services.
    (Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day processing.)

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons or unforeseen weather events.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery method selected, package weight, and destination.
Occasionally, we offer free standard shipping promotions within the continental U.S. — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can monitor your shipment’s status directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at sulaimansecond930@gmail.com.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including:

  • The 48 contiguous states
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Look around the delivery location for your package (porch, back door, garage, etc.).
  3. Contact the carrier directly for additional information.

If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to assist you in locating your order or filing a claim.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, or if items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, refund, or credit.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s), please anticipate potential delays due to increased shipping volumes.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
